Hexon Technology Pte Ltd announces participation in Computex Taipei 07
NCP ® will unveil its latest range of Flash memory products, SD Mach I and SDHC cards, and showcase the prototype of NCP ® DDR3 memory module.
Singapore, June 4, 2007 – Hexon Technology Pte Ltd, Singapore's leading manufacturer of the NCP ® range of memory solutions, today announced their participation in Computex Taipei 2007, from 5 to 9 June 2007.
Hexon will unveil its latest range of SD cards, the SD Mach I and SDHC flash cards.
“The Mach I range of SD cards is developed to meet the stringent demand of serious users who require more speed and better performances.” Said Steven Tan, Senior Sales Manager of Hexon.
Designed for advanced digital photography and video taking, the new SD Mach I is 3 times faster in speed and last ten times longer than generic SD (MLC) cards.
“During this show, we will also showcase the NCP ® SDHC card series. Being the latest standard of the SD card family, the SDHC cards will support most new devices like digital cameras and camcorders.” cited Steven Tan.
For memory modules, visitors will also get to see NCP's DDR3 memory module prototype.
“The DDR3 memory modules are expected to be in production by end of 2007, when demand picks up. For a start, it will be launched in capacities of 512MB and 1GB.” Said Mr Daniel Chiau, Assistant General Manager for Hexon.
The initial launch will include both the DDR3-1066 and DDR3-1333 at 1.5V. This new generation of memory module will outperform existing DDR2 memory modules both in terms of higher speed, lower power consumption and lower heat generation.
