Warranty Claim Procedure

To obtain warranty service, please contact the local authorized NCP dealer or distributor from which you purchased the NCP product.

Any RMA return would need a pre-assigned RMA Number, issued by Hexon's RMA Department. The RMA number is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. If the RMA return is not received within 14 days, the RMA request will be considered cancelled.

Requesting an RMA (for partners & distributors ONLY)

The RMA Dept. will send a confirmation email, either with a RMA number or provide a reason for RMA denial, within 3 working days.

RMA Shipment Process

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of all RMA products sent to Hexon. The RMA products must be properly packaged in original ESD packing tray or box to prevent damage during transit, a copy of the original invoice must be attached together with the shipment for verification.

The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the outer packaging and be shipped to:

RMA return without clearly marked RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Turnaround Time on Repair or Replacement

The replacement product will be processed immediately upon receipt. A n email confirmation will be sent within 7 working days with details like part numbers and quantity received and notification of any delay.

Hexon will reject RMA returns that does not match the details stated in the approved RMR form submitted. Discrepancy could be due to wrong or different part number, NC label number, capacity and/or quantity difference, the cost of logistics will be bound by the sender. HEXON RMA Dept has the right to reject warranty servicing for products that are deemed fraudulent or due to misuse.
